Former actress turned yoga teacher and nervous system coach, Katie is your go-to girl for stress relief, self-regulation, and feeling good in your body again. With over 9 years of yoga & wellness experience, and a deep love for nervous system healing, Katie helps people rewire stress and actually enjoy their lives.

Bailey

Bailey’s been teaching yoga and meditation for 8 years, blending embodied movement with spiritual guidance for a practice that goes beyond the physical. She’s all about intuitive flow—helping you move in ways that feel natural, free, and deeply you. Her favorite moments are when students drop out of the “shoulds” and into their own rhythm. With her, expect empowering vibes, soulful movement, and a class that leaves you feeling grounded, expansive, and totally connected.
