Stephanie is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and joy through the practice of yoga. With a focus on mindful movement and breathwork, Stephanie creates a welcoming, spiritual, and joyful space for practitioners of all levels. With over 9 years of yoga & wellness experience, and a deep love for nervous system healing, Katie helps people rewire stress and actually enjoy their lives.

Bailey’s been teaching yoga and meditation for 8 years, blending embodied movement with spiritual guidance for a practice that goes beyond the physical.
