Body & Being Studio was born from a simple idea—to make yoga feel real, accessible, and more connected— behind the screens.

The thing is, lots of people take their first yoga class online — but we want that experience to still feel welcoming and warm. Not ultra-polished. Not like something you have to be “good at” to belong. Just real yoga, taught by real teachers, for real people—wherever and however they practice.

This studio isn’t about perfectly lit backdrops or impossible poses. It’s about rolling out your mat in your living room, on your carpet, in your yard, with your pets and family in the background. It’s about showing up as you are and finding movement, breath, and presence that meet you where you’re at.

The teachers here aren’t influencers recording solo or a part of a large company —they’re friends, colleagues, local yoga teachers, and true community builders. Each of them brings something unique, giving you the chance to explore different styles, perspectives, and ways of moving and being.

What started as a few meditations and home-recorded classes quickly turned into something bigger—a space for people who love to practice from home, who want to supplement their studio practice, or who just crave an authentic, connected yoga experience without the sterility of big-name platforms.

This is yoga made for you. No pretense, no pressure—just space to move, breathe, and expand in your own way.
